Sibusiso Mtsweni is the Founder and Managing Director of Breathe Investment Group SA, a diversified African investment holding company focused on mining services, property solutions, and strategic capital investments. With over a decade of experience in the coal mining and logistics sector, Sibusiso has built extensive expertise in mine operations management, supply chain logistics, and strategic business development.
As a strategic leader, Sibusiso has implemented operational systems that improve logistics efficiency, optimize supply chain performance, and ensure consistent delivery of mineral resources to local and international markets. His leadership approach emphasizes operational excellence, safety compliance, and long-term sustainable growth.
Sibusiso is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management through the University of South Africa, further strengthening his expertise in financial analysis, market assessment, and investment strategy.
